You may authorize someone to collect bibs (for individual or group). The authorized person should carry a copy of your participation confirmation mail or your bib number. No bib distribution on race day. Don’t exchange your bibs. Don’t tag your bib on your back; wear it on your chest.

No goody bag distribution at event venue and no registration on race day i.e. 26^th Jan

Assembly area is near open parking ground. Try to reach venue 60 minutes before your respective start time. Parking your vehicle in the basement parking of the mall.

Category wise Start Time:

Assembly time- 6:30AM onwards, reaching early will help you in finding suitable parking area and in enjoying the pre-run activities, including Zumba warm-up session.

► 10Km Run starts at 7:30AM (u-turn from 2.5Km, 2 loops)
► 5Km Run/ Walkathon starts at 7:40AM (u-turn from 2.5Km, 1 loop)
► 3Km Run starts at 7:45AM (u-turn from 1.5Km timing mat)

Race Instructions:

# Don’t exchange your bibs.
# Don’t go on the track after you finish, wearing your bib, you will be disqualified. Remove it, if you want to help your runners on the track.
# Wear your bib number on the front, preferably on chest.
# Reach at the venue, 60mins in advance from your respective start.
# It’s a flat course- clean, pollution & traffic free. You will enjoy it.

Parking:

Once you enter mall complex, you will be guided to the parking in basement. It’s a paid parking. Keep your valuables in dashboard or boot of the car. Carpooling is highly recommended. Then you will be guided towards holding area.

Prizes:

Top 3 finishers (fastest) in 10Km, 5Km Run 3Km will be timed by Gun Time (gross timing), irrespective of age category. That means reaching late on start line will not be a good idea.
Net time will be applicable of all other runners (even if you start couple of minute late, you get net timing not the gross timing). 5Km Walkathon, 5Km Family Run are non-timed events.
All the prizes are being sponsored by Alcis Sports.

Water Stations and other arrangements:

We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 2 water stations on the route i.e. 1.5K, 2.5K The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.
Portable Toilets: These will be placed outside assembly area.
Baggage Counter: Deposit your baggage (no valuable item inside) at medal counter & baggage counter.

Post Run Activities:

Enjoy the post run cool-down stretches by experts from Bomiso Gym & Spa.
Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate will be available by Monday morning.
There are arrangements of surprising fun activities in assembly area, once you finish your run/ walk
Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in holding area. We have arranged healthy breakfast. We are using bio degradable disposable to serve food.

Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottle in dustbin. Help us keep the race route clean.
