You may authorize someone to collect bibs (for individual or group). The authorized person should carry a copy of your participation confirmation mail or your bib number. No bib distribution on race day. Don’t exchange your bibs. Don’t tag your bib on your back; wear it on your chest.

Collect your t-shirt & bib from expo. The duffle bag will be given with finisher medal on event day.

Category wise Start Time:

Assembly time: 7:00 AM onwards, reaching early will help you in finding suitable parking area and in enjoying the pre-run activities, including Zumba warm-up session.

10Km Run starts at 8:00AM (u-turn from 2.55Km, 2 loops)
5Km Run/ Walkathon starts at 8:05AM (u-turn from 2.5Km, 1 loop)
3Km Run starts at 8:15AM (u-turn from 1.5Km)

Parking & holding area:

You will be guided to the open parking. Keep your valuables in dashboard or boot of the car. Carpooling is highly recommended.

Race Results:

# Top 3 finishers (fastest men & women) in 10Km, 5Km Run 3Km Run will be timed by Gun Time (gross timing), irrespective of age category. That means reaching late on start line will not be a good idea.
# Net time will be applicable of all other runners (even if you start couple of minute late, you get net timing not the gross timing).
# 5Km Walkathon is non-timed events.

Prize Distribution:

Top 3 finishers in timed categories will get trophies.
Age categories results will be announced later in the week.
All the prizes are being sponsored by Alcis Sports.

Water Stations and other arrangements:

We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 2 water stations on the route i.e. 1.5K & 2.5K. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.

Facilities at venue:

There are toilets and change room in community center. Baggage counter and First- Aid facility is also available. Don’t keep valuable in your bag and mark your name on the bag for identification.

Post Run Activities:

Participants will get finishers’ Medal, Duffle Bag. Timing/ Participation Certificate will be available by Monday morning.
Post run breakfast, sponsored by Harvest Gold, will be served to all participants in holding area. We have arranged healthy & indulging breakfast. We are using bio degradable disposables to serve food.
